I'm Marco Vale — an independent designer and art director based in Lisbon. For the last ten years I've been shaping brands, interfaces and printed matter for studios, founders and cultural institutions across Europe.

My practice sits between the editorial and the digital. I care about typography, honest materials and interfaces that feel like they were made by hand, even when they weren't.

Practice (10+ years)

Long-term collaborations with small teams — from early identity work through product design and launch. I lead projects end to end, from research and positioning to the last pixel and the first press proof.
